Pronouns are key to respecting someone’s identity, whether it’s “he,” “she,” or other pronouns. Instead of making assumptions, it’s important to ask which pronouns a person uses – this is a step toward greater respect and understanding. 🌈💛
Respecting chosen pronouns contributes to creating a more inclusive and safer space for everyone. At the Tuzla Open Center, we believe that everyone deserves to be addressed as they feel, because this is how we build a world where we can all be ourselves.
